Description:
MiMi Mei Fair Dubai is seeking an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of its premium Chinese dining concept. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is guest-focused, confident in managing front-of-house operations, and skilled in leading teams to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate front-of-house staff to achieve high performance
- Maintain exceptional guest experience standards and consistent service quality
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and overall team performance
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Handle guest feedback, concerns, and complaints in a professional and proactive manner
- Coordinate closely with kitchen leadership to ensure seamless service flow
- Monitor service efficiency during peak hours and resolve operational challenges promptly
- Uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture
- Proven experience in a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager role
- Prior experience with Asian or Chinese cuisine concepts is a strong advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is required; Mandarin language skills are a plus
- Strong passion for hospitality, service excellence, and guest satisfaction
