Role Overview

Lead the day-to-day running of an Arabic restaurant in Dubai, coordinating the team and service while keeping food, hospitality, and hygiene standards consistent. The role helps the restaurant deliver a smooth, welcoming guest experience in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and coordinate service to maintain efficient workflows.
• Direct, support, and motivate staff, setting clear expectations for service and conduct.
• Prepare team schedules and track attendance to ensure appropriate shift coverage.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve service concerns professionally.
• Monitor the quality and presentation of Arabic dishes and ensure service standards are upheld.
• Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene across the restaurant in line with applicable requirements.
• Review daily operations, identify issues, and take practical steps to keep service running smoothly.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a restaurant serving Arabic cuisine.
• Strong working knowledge of Arabic food, restaurant service, and hospitality operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a restaurant team.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Good organisation and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of staff scheduling, food quality standards, and health and hygiene practices.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, hotel management, business administration, or a related discipline is estimated; this qualification is not confirmed.
