Millennium Downtown Abu Dhabi is currently hiring a Reservation Agent to become part of its hospitality team. This role is ideal for a service-driven professional who is attentive to details and committed to delivering a high standard of guest experience. The successful candidate will support reservation operations while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent communication with guests.

Key Highlights:

  • Handling hotel reservation inquiries through various channels with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Assisting guests with booking requests, modifications, and confirmations in a timely manner.
  • Providing clear information about room availability, rates, and hotel services.
  • Maintaining accurate reservation records and updating systems as required.
  • Coordinating with front office and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals.
  • Delivering excellent customer service while maintaining brand and service standards.
  • Supporting the reservations team with daily operational tasks as needed.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in hotel reservations or customer service will be considered an advantage.
  • Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.
  • Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
