Millennium Downtown Abu Dhabi is currently hiring a Reservation Agent to become part of its hospitality team. This role is ideal for a service-driven professional who is attentive to details and committed to delivering a high standard of guest experience. The successful candidate will support reservation operations while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent communication with guests.
Key Highlights:
- Handling hotel reservation inquiries through various channels with professionalism and accuracy.
- Assisting guests with booking requests, modifications, and confirmations in a timely manner.
- Providing clear information about room availability, rates, and hotel services.
- Maintaining accurate reservation records and updating systems as required.
- Coordinating with front office and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals.
- Delivering excellent customer service while maintaining brand and service standards.
- Supporting the reservations team with daily operational tasks as needed.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in hotel reservations or customer service will be considered an advantage.
- Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.
