YipitData is seeking a Renewal Manager / Account Development Manager to support its growing Hedge Fund client base. This remote-friendly role focuses on managing client relationships, increasing customer value, driving renewals, and identifying opportunities for account growth through strategic partnerships and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their goals, challenges, and business needs.
• Use product expertise to increase customer engagement and demonstrate value.
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance and high-quality client support.
• Advocate for client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Develop and execute account growth and engagement strategies.
• Manage renewal processes from beginning to end.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and support commercial discussions.
• Identify and execute upselling opportunities to increase contract value.
• Contribute to developing best practices within the Client Strategy team.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience.
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships and commercial partnerships.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a high-touch, high-volume client portfolio.
• Self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in investment research, financial markets, and data-driven insights.
• Strong knowledge of:
