2–4 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment, preferably in UAE or the Middle East. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques for skilled and semi-skilled labor. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage high-volume recruitment efficiently. Familiarity with labor law regulations and compliance requirements in UAE.
