Position Overview

This opportunity is ideal for an early‑career recruitment professional who enjoys identifying talent, building strong candidate relationships, coordinating recruitment processes, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. As a Recruitment Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our consultants and ensuring a smooth hiring journey for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment projects across diverse industries.
• Identify and engage top talent through various sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer processes.
• Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience at every stage.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in Recruitment, HR, or Talent Acquisition.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Preferred: Previous experience within a recruitment consultancy or agency will be an added advantage.
