WE’RE HIRING – ARABIC-SPEAKING RECEPTIONISTS

N Beauty Salon LLC is hiring 5 Arabic-Speaking Receptionists to join our team in the UAE.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic & English
  • Minimum 2 years of receptionist/customer service experience in the UAE
  • Beauty salon, spa, or hospitality experience is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, presentable, and friendly personality
  • Good computer and booking-system skills
  • Strong sales and upselling skills
  • Must be currently based in the UAE
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients professionally
  • Manage appointments and daily bookings
  • Handle calls and WhatsApp inquiries
  • Confirm appointments and follow up with customers
  • Coordinate with salon staff and management
  • Promote salon services, packages, and offers
  • Maintain an excellent front-desk customer experience
