Real Estate Videographer / Photographer

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in real estate photography and videography, strong editing skills, and the creativity to transform property listings into engaging visual stories. Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of residential and commercial properties.

• Film and edit property tours, social media reels, and agent branding content.

• Produce professional interior, exterior, and drone footage.

• Manage projects from initial concept through final editing and delivery.

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create engaging visual content.

• Ensure all content meets brand standards and project deadlines.

• Stay updated with current real estate marketing trends and creative techniques.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of real estate photography and videography experience.

• Professional proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Lightroom.

• Experience using gimbals, drones, and professional camera equipment.

• Strong portfolio showcasing real estate photography and videography projects.

• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Strong knowledge of:

 • Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Lightroom

 • Drone operations, gimbal stabilization, and professional camera equipment

 • Real estate photography, videography, and content editing
