Description:
A rapidly expanding real estate company based in Dubai is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Listing Coordinator / GM Assistant to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, structured, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently, especially in listing management, CRM handling, and day-to-day operational support.

The selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring property listings are accurate, up-to-date, and well-managed across leading real estate platforms, while also assisting management with administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload and manage property listings on platforms such as Bayut and Property Finder
  • Ensure all property details, images, and descriptions are accurate and regularly updated
  • Monitor and update listing statuses including Available, Rented, Sold, or Expired
  • Maintain and organize property databases and CRM systems
  • Coordinate with real estate agents to collect updates, documentation, and listing information
  • Identify and remove duplicate or outdated listings from property portals
  • Oversee company property inventory and maintain structured records
  • Assist in sourcing new clients, including buyers and sellers, on a daily basis
  • Communicate professionally with property owners and prospective clients when needed
  • Provide administrative and operational support directly to the General Manager
  • Prepare reports and ensure all documentation is properly maintained

Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous experience in real estate listing coordination or administrative roles is preferred
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Bayut and Property Finder is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Canva is an added advantage
  • Basic knowledge of content editing and design
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment
  • Quick learner with strong attention to detail
