Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and market research
- Negotiate deals and manage transactions
- Grow and maintain your client portfolio
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience
- Active (or in-progress) real estate license (Not Mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, professional, and client-focused
- Knowledge of the local market is a plus
