Atom Properties is seeking experienced Real Estate Agents to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for motivated professionals with expertise in both Off-Plan and Secondary Market property sales who are passionate about delivering exceptional client service and building long-term business relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia while providing expert property advice and delivering outstanding sales performance. Individuals with a strong industry network, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international property buyers and investors.
• Promote and sell Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties.
• Manage client inquiries and provide professional real estate consultation.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
• Negotiate property transactions and support clients throughout the sales process.
• Stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends and available property listings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience.
• Experience in Off-Plan and/or Secondary Market property sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Existing client network is considered an advantage.
• Motivated, disciplined, professional, and committed to long-term career growth.
