Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Real Estate Administrator to join our Dubai team. This role involves supporting day-to-day real estate operations and assisting the team in providing a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property listings, contracts, and client documentation.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and client follow-ups.
  • Handle client inquiries via email, phone, and in-person.
  • Support the team with reporting, CRM management, and general office administration.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, property updates, and online content.
  • Contribute to ensuring smooth compliance with internal policies and local regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in real estate, administration, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn.
