HealthBay Clinics is expanding its team in Dubai and is seeking an experienced RCM Executive to support its Revenue Cycle Management operations. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a solid background in UAE outpatient healthcare and a thorough understanding of medical insurance billing and claims management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing insurance claims, handling billing processes, following up on outstanding claims, and ensuring accurate revenue cycle activities while maintaining compliance with UAE insurance guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) activities for outpatient healthcare services.
• Process and follow up on insurance claims to ensure timely reimbursements.
• Handle medical billing, claim resubmissions, and denial management.
• Reconcile claim payments and resolve outstanding issues with insurance providers.
• Ensure compliance with UAE insurance regulations and payer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to maintain accurate billing records.
Requirements:
• 4–5 years of UAE OPD healthcare experience in Revenue Cycle Management.
• Hands-on experience with insurance claims, billing, claim resubmissions, and denial management.
• Good understanding of UAE insurance processes and payer requirements.
• Strong follow-up, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.
• UAE medical insurance claims, billing, and payer guidelines.
• Claims reconciliation, resubmissions, and denial management.
