Qualifications
- At least a Diploma in Journalism, Mass Communication, Radio broadcasting
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Swahili and English (and local dialects is added advantage).
- Strong interviewing and moderation skills for talk shows.
- Knowledge of current affairs, politics, and culture.
- Ability to engage listeners and build audience loyalty.
- Teamwork with producers, editors, and technical staff.
