Yas Projects L.L.C. is hiring Quantity Surveyors – Civil for its construction projects in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with UAE experience in quantity surveying and cost management for civil works.
The selected candidates will assist with project measurements, cost estimation, contract administration, and quantity-related documentation while supporting successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Monitor project costs and quantities.
• Assist with contract administration and valuations.
• Maintain project measurement records.
• Coordinate with project teams on commercial matters.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience.
• Candidates must currently reside in the UAE.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Quantity surveying principles.
• Cost estimation and measurement.
• Construction contracts and documentation.
