Description:
An experienced QA/QC Manager is sought for an exciting opportunity with a leading Tier 1 main contractor in Dubai. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in quality assurance and quality control within the construction industry who are looking to advance their careers with a well-established organization.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of large-scale, high-value construction developments while working alongside an experienced team. With several major projects currently in progress and additional developments planned, this role offers long-term career growth and exposure to some of the UAE’s most prominent construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee quality assurance and quality control activities across construction projects.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor quality procedures and conduct inspections throughout project execution.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain quality documentation, reports, and compliance records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project quality and performance.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and construction standards.
• Experience working on large-scale construction projects is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
