Maestro EPC ID Fitout Design & Execution L.L.C. is looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer (Interior Fit-Out) to join its project team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in quality assurance and quality control processes within construction and interior fit-out projects.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring project quality standards, managing inspections, maintaining documentation, and supporting successful project execution. Professionals with UAE project experience and knowledge of high-end fit-out works are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures for fit-out projects.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure construction activities meet required safety and quality requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of project quality processes.
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of QA/QC experience in construction or interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of inspections, quality control procedures, and project documentation.
• Experience in commercial, hospitality, retail, or high-end fit-out projects.
• Dubai/UAE project experience is highly preferred.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are encouraged to apply.
