A reputable organization, Asian Paints / Berger, is currently looking to hire an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join their team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who are well-versed in UAE governmental processes and can efficiently manage official documentation and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employment-related processes including visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Handle insurance-related documentation and coordination.
- Liaise with various UAE government departments and authorities to ensure smooth processing of company-related matters.
- Ensure all company documentation complies with UAE laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of employee documentation and legal paperwork.
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience working as a PRO within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, immigration rules, and government procedures.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
