Public Relations Officer (PRO)

A reputable organization, Asian Paints / Berger, is currently looking to hire an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join their team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who are well-versed in UAE governmental processes and can efficiently manage official documentation and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employment-related processes including visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Handle insurance-related documentation and coordination.
• Liaise with various UAE government departments and authorities to ensure smooth processing of company-related matters.
• Ensure all company documentation complies with UAE laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of employee documentation and legal paperwork.

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of proven experience working as a PRO within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, immigration rules, and government procedures.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
