A reputable company based in Abu Dhabi is actively seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Public Relations Officer (PRO) to become part of their growing team. The role requires a candidate who has prior working experience within the UAE and is familiar with local government regulations and procedures.
Key Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a PRO within the UAE
- Strong practical knowledge and hands-on experience dealing with the following authorities and portals:
- MOHRE
- ICP
- GDRFA
- TAMM
- Daman
- Other relevant UAE government departments
- Thorough understanding of UAE labor laws and immigration regulations
- Ability to manage visa processing, labor approvals, renewals, cancellations, and compliance documentation
- Strong coordination skills to liaise effectively with government entities
- Excellent documentation, organizational, and record-keeping abilities
- Strong communication skills with consistent follow-up to ensure timely completion of tasks
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling government-related transactions, managing official documentation, processing visas and labor matters, and ensuring the company remains compliant with UAE legal requirements. Efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
