Property Executive - Tele-Calling

• RenCenter is looking for an energetic, target-driven Property Executive to join our outbound tele-calling team at Tatu City. You'll be the first voice prospective customers hear — sparking interest in Tatu City and turning that interest into booked site visits. It's a fast-paced, high-volume calling role where clear communication, persistence, and accurate follow-through make the difference.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to Tatu City and its offering.
• Follow up via WhatsApp when a call goes unanswered, then re-engage by phone once the customer responds.
• Qualify leads and secure their commitment to a site visit.
• Log every call outcome and lead update accurately and promptly in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Hand overqualified, engaged leads to our Real Estate Advisors with full context for closing.
• Work toward agreed daily call-volume and conversion targets.
• Follow up and track progress on leads assigned to the sales team.

Requirements

• Prior experience in outbound tele sales, tele-calling, or lead generation — BPO, contact center, or direct sales background is mandatory.
• A track record of hitting call volume, conversion, or sales targets.
• Strong spoken English with clear, professional phone manner.
• Comfort with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and dialer/telephony platforms.
• Prior experience with high ticket products would be preferred.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience, preferred.
