Industry Sector: Real Estate / Property Management
Gross Salary Structure: Kshs 50,000 – 60,000 per month plus commissions

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly proactive, relationship-driven Property & Client Relations Officer to expand our real estate portfolio and elevate stakeholder engagement across Nairobi. Your primary objective is twofold: aggressively source and onboard premium landlords, developers, and property investors, while seamlessly managing the leasing lifecycles, serviced apartment operations, and client viewing pipelines. This position bridges high-touch asset acquisition with systematic portfolio management; you will coordinate comprehensive site inspections, maintain precise listing databases, and navigate complex property transaction documentations. The role demands a commercially astute real estate professional who possesses deep local market knowledge and a proven ability to convert structural property leads into long-term commercial relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Expansion & Partner Sourcing
- Identify, negotiate with, and onboard landlords, commercial property owners, real estate developers, and external brokers to scale the company's rental and sales inventory.
- Scout high-yield property acquisition paths, executing initial structural assessments and compiling necessary due diligence records.
- Lead comprehensive field inspections, site evaluations, and prospective client viewings to meet rapid leasing benchmarks.
- Build, clean, and update centralized property databases, availability sheets, and active digital listing registries daily.
Client Management & Leasing Operations
- Nurture strong strategic partnerships with individual investors, property owners, and corporate tenants to protect overall customer retention and satisfaction.
- Drive end-to-end residential and commercial leasing flows, supervising applicant vetting, contract drafting, and structural move-in handovers.
- Coordinate operational workflows for serviced apartments and short-stay units, managing quality assurance and guest onboarding schedules.
- Resolve property owner inquiries and client complaints quickly, serving as the central point of contact for investment portfolios.
Land Acquisition & Strategic Growth
- Research high-potential land development areas, setting up preliminary boundary assessments and mapping out local stakeholder interests.
- Uncover emerging real estate investment trends, providing actionable market analytics to help leadership secure profitable new listings.
- Track local real estate pricing models, structural updates, and competitor listing patterns to keep the firm's assets competitively priced.
Administration & Transaction Reporting
- Maintain complete records of property titles, signed lease agreements, site viewing sheets, and client conversation histories.
- Compile clear weekly progress briefs for management, detailing newly acquired listings, active occupancy rates, and ongoing pipeline valuations.
- Partner with the corporate marketing team to ensure property features, imagery, and pricing metrics are accurately displayed on all public portals.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Entry Criteria
- Academic Foundation: Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Diploma in Real Estate, Property Management, Land Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field.
- Industry Longevity: Minimum of 5 years of active, hands-on experience in property marketing, real estate leasing, property acquisitions, or high-level relationship management within the Kenyan real estate market.
- Technical Asset Literacy: Clear practical knowledge of land transaction procedures, local zoning guidelines, and basic real estate investment return formulas.
- Digital Applications: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (specifically Excel and Word) along with practical experience navigating modern property management databases and CRM platforms.
Skills & Attributes
- Advanced Persuasion: Exceptional negotiation and commercial closing skills, with a track record of earning trust with institutional property developers and high-net-worth landlords.
- Logistical Precision: Strong organizational habits, easily managing multiple property viewings, tenant files, and contract deadlines simultaneously.
- Clear Articulation: Elite verbal and written communication capabilities, ensuring professional presentation standards when pitching to real estate investors.
Employee Rewards
- Uncapped Commissions: Drive your financial success with a highly lucrative commission tier structured directly against your portfolio onboarding and leasing triumphs.
- Market Exposure: Work directly across diverse real estate sectors, gaining valuable elite-level insight into serviced apartments, land transactions, and asset acquisitions.
- Career Progression: Accelerate your growth within a rapidly expanding property firm that actively elevates high-performing relationship managers into executive portfolio leaders.
