About Vi Agroforestry
Vi Agroforestry is a leading organisation dedicated to promoting sustainable agriculture, agroforestry, and climate‑smart land management. We work with smallholder farmers to improve livelihoods, strengthen farmer organisations, and build resilience to climate change.
Role Overview
The successful candidates will support smallholder farmers in implementing sustainable agriculture and climate‑smart land management practices, strengthen farmer organisations, facilitate project activities, and promote climate change adaptation and mitigation.

- Mount Elgon (1 position)
- Kabuchai / Cheptais (1 position)
- Kanduyi / Webuye (1 position)
- Kwanza / Endebess (1 position)
- Saboti (1 position)
Key Requirements
- Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Extension, Natural Resource Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ NGO experience
- Experience in agroforestry, sustainable agriculture and land management (SALM), climate change, and community development
- At least 2 years’ project management experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and reporting skills
