Role Overview
You will lead ERP and CRM delivery from discovery through deployment and early support, keeping plans, risks, scope and commercial commitments visible throughout. Working alongside solution architects and delivery specialists, you will give client sponsors a clear view of progress and help teams make well-founded decisions about readiness, change and go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain delivery plans across the project’s Discover, Design, Deploy and Support phases.
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and decisions, and ensure owners follow through on agreed actions.
- Lead discussions with finance and operations sponsors on scope, change requests, delivery risks and commercial implications.
- Coordinate consultants, developers and ISV product owners around shared priorities and client commitments.
- Prepare steering materials and communicate project status in concise, decision-ready terms for senior stakeholders.
- Organise user acceptance testing, cutover preparation and hypercare, including documenting the go-live decision.
- Keep remote project teams and sponsors aligned across locations and time zones.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience delivering an ERP or CRM project or programme through to go-live.
- Practical ability to manage a project plan, steering pack and RAID log, and to lead challenging scope conversations.
- Experience running delivery remotely and maintaining sponsor engagement across time zones.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or an equivalent project management qualification is an advantage.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 programmes or fixed-price delivery is desirable.
- Willingness to travel to Europe is an added advantage.
