We’re Hiring: Procurement Officer (Façade Industry)
We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to support our Procurement department with day-to-day purchasing and sourcing activities. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is eager to build hands-on experience within the façade and construction industry while working closely with suppliers and internal teams.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely material availability, and supporting cost-effective procurement operations across projects. UAE experience is preferred for this position.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or an MBA
• 0–2 years of experience in procurement within the façade industry
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with PACT is an advantage)
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers
Key Role Responsibilities:
• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors
• Prepare cost comparisons and analyze supplier quotations
• Issue purchase orders in line with project and company requirements
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure quality standards and agreed timelines are met
