Description:

Mazari UAE is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Assistant to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who have experience supporting procurement functions and enjoy working in a structured, fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will assist with purchasing activities, supplier coordination, documentation, and administrative support while ensuring smooth day-to-day procurement operations. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in procurement and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparing purchase requisitions, RFQs, and purchase orders.

• Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations and follow up on deliveries.

• Maintain accurate procurement records and related documentation.

• Coordinate with internal departments to support purchasing activities.

• Collect invoices and follow up with suppliers regarding required documents.

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the procurement team.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in the UAE.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong knowledge of:
