Private Household Manager

A prestigious opportunity is available for an experienced Private Household Manager to oversee the daily operations of a large formal residence belonging to an Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) family in Dubai. This live-out position is ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and hands-on professional who can manage every aspect of a private household with discretion and professionalism.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining exceptional household standards, supervising staff, coordinating contractors, managing inventories and purchasing, preparing for guests and events, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the residence. Occasional travel to other family properties will also be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of a large private household.

• Supervise household staff, schedules, and daily activities.

• Maintain exceptional household standards and oversee property maintenance.

• Coordinate contractors, inventories, purchasing, and household supplies.

• Prepare the residence for guests, events, and entertaining.

• Work closely with the family office, assistants, and household staff.

• Ensure all household operations are handled with professionalism and confidentiality.

• Travel to other family properties when required.

Requirements:

• International experience managing UHNW private households is essential.

• Proven experience with excellent professional references.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• High level of discretion, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate household needs.

• Comfortable collaborating with family office personnel and household teams.
