Maison Privee is currently seeking a motivated and commercially driven Portfolio Development Executive to support the continued expansion of its property portfolio across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive on building strong professional relationships, identifying new business prospects, and contributing to the strategic growth of a rapidly expanding hospitality brand.
The successful candidate will play a key role in engaging with property owners, evaluating potential opportunities, and assisting in the acquisition and onboarding of new properties to strengthen the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new property acquisition opportunities across targeted locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and stakeholders.
- Support negotiations and contribute to the successful onboarding of new portfolio properties.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth potential.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of newly acquired properties.
- Contribute to achieving portfolio growth targets through proactive business development efforts.
