Spacemine Holdings Limited is seeking a high-caliber Planning Engineer to serve as the architectural mind behind our project timelines. Based in Kilimani, you will be responsible for the sophisticated orchestration of project schedules, ensuring that our affordable housing and infrastructure developments transition from blueprints to reality without a single day of wasted momentum.
Strategic Impact
In this role, you will hold the pulse of our operations. You are tasked with developing and monitoring master schedules, identifying potential bottlenecks before they occur, and providing the data-driven insights necessary to keep our multi-site projects on track and within scope.
Professional Prerequisites

Technical Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of dedicated planning experience, with a heavy emphasis on large-scale construction or civil infrastructure.

Software Mastery: Advanced, hands-on command of industry-standard planning tools, specifically Primavera (P6) and MS Project.

Project Lifecycle Knowledge: A deep, practical understanding of construction sequences, from breaking ground to final handover.

Data Analytics: Proven ability to perform critical path analysis, resource leveling, and budget forecasting to support executive decision-making.
