Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially-minded Pest Control & Fumigation Technician to lead our service delivery and business expansion efforts. This role is a unique blend of high-level technical expertise in entomology and chemical application, combined with a strong mandate for business development. You will be responsible for diagnosing complex pest behaviors, overseeing technical fumigation procedures, and driving revenue growth through the sale of specialized IT and agricultural solutions. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a track record of supervisory excellence and deep knowledge of safety protocols in physically demanding environments.

Key Performance Areas

Revenue Growth & Market Expansion

• Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities across diverse industrial and corporate sectors.

• Drive the sales lifecycle for specialized solutions, including Bulk SMS, ICT services, and customized software products.

• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing every stage from lead generation to final deal closure.

• Conduct professional product demonstrations, high-level presentations, and contract negotiations.

Technical Execution & Safety Oversight

• Deploy expert, hands-on knowledge of fumigation procedures using advanced chemicals and tablets.

• Interpret Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to ensure all treatments adhere to strict toxicity and safety benchmarks.

• Diagnose pest behaviors to design and implement tailored, effective eradication strategies.

• Maintain absolute compliance with local pest control regulations and chemical handling procedures.

Account Management & Service Excellence

• Act as the primary technical and commercial liaison for a portfolio of individual and corporate clients.

• Provide comprehensive after-sales support to maximize client retention and long-term satisfaction.

• Conduct market research to stay ahead of emerging trends, competitor shifts, and evolving customer needs.

• Prepare actionable insights for management to guide future product development and marketing strategies.

Operational Leadership & Reporting

• Lead and mentor junior technical teams, ensuring high productivity and adherence to quality standards.

• Track and report on all sales activities, revenue forecasts, and technical site performance.

• Meet and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly targets while working in various environments, including confined spaces.

Required Expertise & Credentials

Educational & Professional Background

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Entomology, Environmental Science, or a related field.

• Experience: A minimum of 7–9 years in the industry (specifically 5 years in fumigation and 3 years in pest control).

• Leadership: At least 3 years of experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role.

• Licensing: Must possess a valid pest control and fumigation license from relevant local authorities.

Technical & Soft Skills

• Chemical Mastery: In-depth knowledge of pesticide chemistry, toxicity, and safe handling of fumigant tablets.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with a strong client-centric focus.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle demanding tasks including lifting, climbing, and working in restricted spaces.

• Mobility: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
