A company in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Payment & Customer Support Executive to join its team on a full-time, permanent basis. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in payment operations, finance, banking, or customer support who can efficiently manage payment processes while delivering excellent customer service.
The selected candidate will be responsible for processing payments, resolving customer payment-related queries, reconciling transactions, coordinating with banks and payment gateways, and ensuring accurate financial records. Immediate joiners with strong Hindi and English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and verify payments, refunds, reimbursements, and payment requests.
• Respond to customer queries regarding payments, refunds, failed or pending transactions, and discrepancies.
• Monitor payment gateway transactions and follow up on failed or unmatched payments.
• Perform payment and bank reconciliations while maintaining accurate financial records.
• Coordinate with banks, payment gateways, vendors, and internal departments.
• Prepare payment reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve payment discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure confidentiality while following company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in Payment Operations, Finance, Accounts Payable, Banking, FinTech, or Customer Support.
• Experience working with payment gateways and transaction reconciliation is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and Indian banking/accounting systems.
• Strong communication, customer service, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Hindi is mandatory with good English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Payment operations and transaction reconciliation.
• MS Excel, MS Office, and banking processes.
• Customer support, payment gateways, and financial documentation.
