Azure Presales Consultant – Middle East and North Africa
Role Overview
This role focuses on the acquisition and presales engagement of Microsoft customers in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region for partners. The successful applicant will work hand in hand with LiquidC2/Cloudmania account managers and partner development managers to drive workload adoption – specifically Azure. The incumbent will serve as an expert for the workload, assisting partners to retain their customers, identify upselling opportunities, and advise them on the best options available for their customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for regular engagement with partners and their respective end‑customers.
- Apply deep technical knowledge and customer insights to support partners in creating a modernization roadmap for end‑customers.
- Orchestrate activities across Microsoft and partner resources to maximize business results and customer success.
- Assess customers’ knowledge of M365/Azure platforms and overall cloud readiness to support cloud adoption.
- Build deep audience insight, including understanding customer segmentation, their attitudes, and purchase behaviours.
- Provide feedback on customer development needs, customer blockers, and/or mitigation strategies related to Microsoft products.
- Identify and attend relevant seminars, workshops, and courses.
- Maintain technical skills and knowledge of market trends and competitive insights.
- Identify and articulate business value of solutions for customer organizations through demonstrations.
- Leverage others for your success.
- Conduct presentations on topics relevant to the field of expertise.
- Be the voice of the Customer; share customer insights, best practices, and connect with internal teams to remove key blockers.
- Report on agreed success metrics (revenue, scorecard, marketing performance) as part of regular business rhythms.

Experience
- Azure Presales: 3–5 years
- Software/ICT marketing experience (cloud preferred): 5–7 years
