HIRING: OPERATIONS OFFICER (FEMALE)

About the Company:
Helen and Sons Consultancy FZE is a well-established UAE-based consultancy operating since 2007, specializing in company formation, PRO services, visa processing, and corporate solutions across free zone and mainland jurisdictions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit UAE government authorities and ministries for approvals and clearances
- Liaise and coordinate with government departments and regulatory bodies
- Handle company formation, license approvals, and operational processes
- Follow up on application status, approvals, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and procedures
Candidate Requirements:
- Female candidate preferred
- Active, hardworking, and well-organized
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Ability to interact confidently with authorities, clients, and team members
- Prior experience in PRO / operations / government liaison is an advantage
