Operations Manager – Roads & Infrastructure

A leading company in Dubai is urgently seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in the Roads & Infrastructure and Road Contracting industry. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional capable of overseeing multiple projects while ensuring operational excellence and timely project delivery.

The successful candidate will lead construction operations, manage site teams and resources, and coordinate with subcontractors to achieve project objectives. Candidates with experience in a similar contracting company and strong leadership skills will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple roads and infrastructure projects.

• Manage project execution while ensuring quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

• Coordinate site teams, manpower, equipment, and subcontractors.

• Monitor project progress, operational performance, budgets, and deadlines.

• Develop effective resource planning strategies to support project delivery.

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.

• Ensure projects are completed in accordance with company standards and contractual requirements.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience as an Operations Manager.

• Strong experience in roads, infrastructure, and road contracting projects.

• Previous experience with a similar contractor or company in the same industry is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of construction operations, project execution, and resource planning.

• Experience managing multiple projects, site teams, manpower, equipment, and subcontractors.

• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to monitor project performance, costs, and project timelines.

• Jordanian or Lebanese nationality is preferred.
