Operations Executive – White Linens

Role Overview

The Operations Executive will help move white-linen products from initial development through sourcing, production, and stock management for healthcare and hospitality customers. Working across day-to-day operations, the role keeps product and production activities organised, tracks inventory, and supports timely delivery of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate product development activities, following each item from concept to production.
• Arrange textile sourcing and product sampling, and maintain communication with suppliers.
• Support production planning by tracking schedules, requirements, and progress.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory records and replenishment coordination.
• Organise operational tasks across the healthcare and hospitality linens division.
• Maintain accurate records and use Microsoft Excel to prepare operational reports.
• Identify workflow or coordination issues and contribute to practical improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in textile operations, product development, manufacturing coordination, or a closely related area.
• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in textile engineering, production management, supply chain, business administration, or a related discipline.
• Working knowledge of textile sourcing, product sampling, and product development.
• Familiarity with production planning and inventory management.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
• Well-organised, dependable, and attentive to detail, with effective time-management skills.
• A hands-on approach and readiness to take ownership, learn, and support continuous improvement.
