Operations Executive

We are a multidisciplinary firm based in Dubai, specializing in Accounting & Bookkeeping, HR and Management Consulting, ERP Software Solutions.

Our mission is to deliver smart, integrated support services that help businesses operate more efficiently and strategically.

We’re currently looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Team Leader to join our team and oversee day-to-day operations across departments.

Job Objective:

This role is essential in ensuring smooth internal operations, enhancing team performance, and maintaining compliance with company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across departments and assign tasks to meet business goals.

Monitor team performance and motivate staff to maintain high standards.

Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with leadership on effective solutions.

Ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations.

Train, support, and mentor new and existing team members.

Prepare and present reports on team and operational performance.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflows.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in operations or team leadership, ideally in a consulting or multi-service firm.

Solid understanding of accounting, HR, and IT/software service operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting , Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred

Preference will be given to Arabic-speaking candidates.
