Job Description
DNL Delivery Services is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee and support daily operational activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between teams, maintain service quality, and help optimize delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor daily delivery and logistics operations
- Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Track orders, deliveries, and operational performance metrics
- Resolve operational issues, delays, or customer complaints efficiently
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in operations, logistics, or delivery services is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
