Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Office Boy to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will maintain cleanliness, assist with administrative tasks, and ensure a smooth workflow. Immediate joiners are preferred, and candidates must be based in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office, meeting rooms, and common areas
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
• Assist with filing, photocopying, and document distribution
• Handle courier deliveries and outgoing mail
• Support administrative staff with general office errands
• Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed
• Ensure all office equipment is clean and in working order

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English
• Physically fit and able to handle light lifting
• Professional appearance and punctuality
• Valid UAE residence visa or transferable visa preferred
• Immediate availability to join
