Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented female Data Operator cum Office Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This role involves managing data entry tasks and providing general office support. The ideal candidate must be on a father’s or husband’s visa and legally reside in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into company systems and databases.
- Maintain and update records, files, and documentation as required.
- Assist with general office tasks such as answering calls, handling correspondence, and organizing files.
- Support team members with administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure data confidentiality and comply with company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Female candidate only (Indian nationality required).
- Must be on father’s or husband’s visa in Dubai.
- Proven experience in data entry or office assistant role preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
