What we’re looking for:
- Strong operational coordination and people-management capabilities
- Prior experience in delivery services, logistics, or fleet operations (UAE experience is a strong advantage)
- Ability to manage riders, oversee daily workflows, ensure compliance, and monitor performance metrics
- A proactive problem-solver with a hands-on mindset and strong execution skills
