Open Positions:
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests, take orders, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Supervise front-of-house operations and support staff training.
• Maintain daily accounts, prepare financial reports, and process vendor payments.
• Manage procurement, inventory, stock audits, and vendor coordination.
• Handle purchase orders, reporting, and ERP system updates.
• Ensure proper inventory storage, FIFO practices, and operational compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and company service standards.
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in Food & Beverage, Retail, Hospitality, Accounting, or Procurement.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of POS systems, ERP software, and MS Office is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
• Ability to commute or relocate to Al Ain.
• Qualifications vary by position, ranging from High School Diploma to Bachelor’s Degree.
