Position Requirements:
IT Executive:
• Previous cinema industry experience is required
• Experience with Vista software is mandatory
• Strong technical troubleshooting and IT support knowledge preferred
Housekeeping Supervisor:
• Must be able to communicate effectively in Hindi and English
• Previous housekeeping supervision experience preferred
• Ability to manage cleaning standards and housekeeping staff
Telephone Operator:
• Previous call center or telephone handling experience is an advantage
• Arabic speakers with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply
• Good customer communication and coordination skills required
Cashiers:
• Previous QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) experience will be considered an advantage
• Good cash handling and customer service abilities preferred
Waitress:
• Previous experience serving Italian cuisine is an added advantage
• Strong hospitality and guest service skills preferred
Ushers:
• Strong customer service and guest interaction skills are required
• Arabic-speaking candidates will be prioritized
• Ability to assist guests professionally within cinema facilities
Food Runners:
• Previous server or food runner experience is required
• Ability to work efficiently in busy food service operations
General Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional conduct at all times
• Coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Follow company operational standards, safety procedures, and customer service guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency within assigned work areas
• Support guests and customers to ensure a positive entertainment experience
• Perform daily operational tasks related to the assigned department
