Rookie Ninja Distribution is looking for a creative and hands-on Multimedia Designer to join its remote team. This work-from-home opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in digital design, video editing, and multimedia content creation who can produce engaging marketing assets for audiences across the UAE, Africa, and India.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the UAE and India teams to develop compelling visual content for websites, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns while ensuring brand consistency and delivering high-quality creative work within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design website banners, landing page graphics, product visuals, social media posts, carousels, stories, and campaign creatives.
• Edit photos and videos to create engaging Reels, promotional videos, and product-focused content.
• Develop motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and other video elements where required.
• Write basic English copy, captions, hooks, headlines, and calls-to-action (CTAs).
• Collaborate remotely with the India team to execute creative briefs and maintain brand consistency.
• Contribute fresh creative ideas while staying up to date with current design and social media trends.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design and multimedia or video content creation.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or tools such as Figma and CapCut.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design and video editing projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Reliable laptop or PC, high-speed internet connection, and a distraction-free home workspace.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Figma and CapCut
• Digital design, video editing, and social media content creation
