Content Creator & Social Media Executive

Role Overview

Classic Crest Real Estate LLC is seeking a Content Creator & Social Media Executive to develop and manage digital content for its Dubai-based marketing team. You’ll turn property and brand ideas into social posts, short-form videos, and campaigns, working closely with colleagues and a videographer to keep the company’s social channels active and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop platform-appropriate content concepts for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social channels.
• Plan, prepare, schedule, and publish reels, posts, stories, and related digital content.
• Contribute to content calendars, scripts, dialogue, and presentation plans for video shoots.
• Track emerging formats, audio, and social media trends, and suggest ways to apply them to marketing content.
• Propose suitable locations, visual settings, outfits, and creative approaches for shoots.
• Coordinate shoot arrangements with the videographer and support the team during production.
• Help colleagues feel prepared and confident on camera, while encouraging polished, audience-friendly content.
• Maintain a consistent publishing schedule across the company’s social media platforms.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to develop original, engaging social media content.
• Experience planning and publishing content across multiple platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Working knowledge of content scheduling, social media formats, and digital marketing approaches.
• Ability to assist with scripts, dialogue, content planning, and video presentations.
• Clear communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to coordinate with colleagues and creative partners.
• Good organisation and time management to handle content schedules and production tasks.
• Candidates must be currently based in Dubai and available for an in-person interview.
