Mid-Level Purchaser

Sabin Plastic Industries LLC is seeking a proactive and organized Mid-Level Purchaser to join its procurement team in Dubai Investment Park. This role is ideal for professionals with solid purchasing experience who can effectively manage supplier relationships, negotiate competitive pricing, and ensure the timely procurement of materials.

The successful candidate will work closely with production, technical, estimation, and project teams to support smooth operations while maintaining high-quality procurement standards. Experience in signage, fabrication, construction, or related industries will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate reliable suppliers for materials and services.

• Obtain and analyze RFQs and supplier quotations.

• Prepare quotation comparison sheets for procurement decisions.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

• Raise and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.

• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Coordinate material requirements with technical, production, estimation, and project teams.

• Maintain procurement records, supplier documentation, and purchasing files.

• Support cost-effective purchasing while ensuring product quality and on-time delivery.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant purchasing or procurement experience.

• Experience in signage, fabrication, acrylic, aluminium, steel, construction, or contracting industries is preferred.

• Strong supplier sourcing and negotiation skills.

• Good understanding of procurement documentation and purchasing processes.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

• ERP system experience is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
