Merchandiser

Role Overview

As a Merchandiser in Abu Dhabi, you will visit assigned retail outlets to keep products available, correctly presented and aligned with merchandising standards. Your work will support day-to-day sales by helping retail teams replenish stock, deliver promotions and resolve display or availability issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain well-stocked shelves and clear, attractive product displays at assigned stores.
• Check inventory and expiry dates, and follow up on replenishment needs to reduce gaps and waste.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure campaign materials are presented as intended.
• Work with store managers and retail staff to address merchandising and stock concerns.
• Visit multiple outlets regularly to maintain consistent product presentation and availability.
• Report on stock levels, sales activity and competitor presence in retail locations.
• Organise outlet visits and merchandising tasks to meet required standards across the assigned area.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous UAE FMCG merchandising experience is preferred.
• A valid UAE driving licence and personal vehicle are required.
• Practical understanding of FMCG product displays, retail standards and shelf replenishment.
• Ability to monitor stock and expiry dates and prepare accurate sales and availability reports.
• Clear communication and effective relationship-building skills with retail teams.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to travel between assigned outlets.
