A reputable healthcare-focused organization in Dubai is looking to hire a skilled and motivated Medical Recruiter (Arabic Speaker) to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have hands-on experience in healthcare hiring within the UAE and possess strong knowledge of licensing requirements. The role requires someone who can manage multiple recruitment needs while maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for healthcare roles across various specialties
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Ensure candidates meet UAE healthcare licensing requirements such as DHA, DOH, and MOH
• Maintain an updated database of candidates and recruitment activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and timelines
• Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously while ensuring timely closures
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress
Requirements:
• Arabic nationals only
• Proven experience in medical recruitment within the UAE or a strong medical background
• In-depth knowledge of UAE healthcare licensing processes (DHA / DOH / MOH)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Must be currently residing in the UAE
