Functional Deliverables

System Engineering & Automated Design

• Architect, model, and refine mechanical components and layout configurations for automated packaging systems using CAD software.

• Direct the physical installation, technical commissioning, and performance-testing of new robotic handlers, high-speed sealers, and sorting lines.

• Execute rigorous structural feasibility studies to support plant expansion, machinery modifications, and throughput optimization.

• Transform raw technical briefs into precise mechanical blueprints, material specifications, and standardized operational manuals.

Predictive Maintenance & Asset Reliability

• Diagnose complex electro-mechanical failures under high-pressure breakdown conditions to restore line operations swiftly.

• Formulate and enforce data-driven preventive and predictive maintenance cadences across all kinetic assets.

• Track historical machine component wear, manage technical failure records, and implement root-cause engineering solutions.

• Monitor asset efficiency metrics, initiating corrective mechanical modifications to prevent recurring systemic downtime.

Safety, Integration & Skill Upskilling

• Enforce absolute compliance with industrial manufacturing safety codes and establish robust machine safeguarding barriers.

• Partner with internal automation and electrical engineers to achieve seamless hardware-software synchronization across production lines.

• Lead routine mechanical hazard risk assessments and technical plant audits to secure an accident-free workshop environment.

• Conduct structured technical training sessions for machine operators to ensure optimal equipment utilization and care.

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a closely aligned industrial engineering discipline.

• Domain Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a core mechanical technician or engineer within a high-speed automated manufacturing hub.

• Software Capability: Proficient in the deployment of CAD software for complex technical illustration and layout engineering.
