Director of Admissions and Marketing
We are seeking a strategic leader to drive student recruitment and strengthen our institutional brand. This role oversees admissions operations, marketing strategy, and staff management to achieve enrollment goals at local, regional, and international levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Analysis: Analyze enrollment trends, market intelligence, and competitor data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Academic Collaboration: Collaborate with academic schools to align marketing messages with academic offerings.
- Promotional Activities: Coordinate promotional activities including digital marketing, school outreach, education fairs, media engagements, and alumni marketing.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and student recruitment strategies at local, regional, and international levels.
- Brand Management: Manage the University brand, corporate identity, and public image.
- Admissions Oversight: Oversee admissions processes to ensure transparency, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory and institutional policies.
- Budget & Reporting: Prepare and manage departmental budgets and reports.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise admissions staff and marketing officers, including performance management and capacity building.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or enrollment management, preferably in higher education.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel recruitment and marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret enrollment data and market trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing budgets and supervising teams.
