Role Overview

This role centers on actively seeking out new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving sales growth by matching the right products and services to customer needs. Day to day, you will research potential clients, engage them through outreach, and maintain ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business—making your contribution vital to the company's revenue and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective clients, assessing their industry position and sales potential to uncover viable opportunities.
• Initiate contact with leads, establish rapport, and conduct needs assessments to recommend the most suitable products and services.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and negotiate terms to close deals while meeting individual and team targets.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing support, product information, and guidance to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Uphold and enforce the organization’s service quality standards, ensuring every client interaction meets professional benchmarks.
• Document sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools to track performance and inform strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and refine sales approaches based on market feedback.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field of study.
• Aged between 23 and 30 years at the time of application.
• Demonstrated self-motivation and goal orientation, with the ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance and a confident, energetic demeanor that inspires trust.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an outgoing, organized approach to building client relationships.
• Prior sales experience is helpful but not required; we welcome driven newcomers to a sales career.
