Collins Equipment Sales & Rental Services is looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to support maintenance and repair operations across the heavy equipment fleet. The role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience with construction machinery.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspection of equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Diagnose hydraulic, mechanical, and engine-related issues using tools and diagnostic equipment.
Ensure all repairs and maintenance activities follow safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
Maintain accurate service records, daily reports, and job cards.
Assist with on-site breakdowns and emergency repair requirements.
Follow proper procedures for tools, equipment handling, and workshop housekeeping.
Support additional technical tasks as required to ensure smooth field operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering or Heavy Equipment Maintenance.
2-3 years of hands-on experience in heavy machinery maintenance within construction or equipment rental industries.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, mechanical systems, and electrical basics.
Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure
